Custom bedding linen prices mostly depend on what thread count fabric you choose and how complicated your designs are, and intended order quantities, materials requirements, and product sizes. For example, for 300TC, white flat sheet of king size of orders in 500-1,000 quantities, the unit cost ranges from US $8– US $12 with around the US $4 – $8 shipping cost to the US.

Ordering a bedding linen prototype to check before committing to the bulk quantities order is no problem. And Sample-making costs tend to be between US $80 to US $500 and 7-9 days to do. This cost will be deducted from the payment when the bulk order is confirmed.

Our overall turnaround time for the whole process is around 90-100 days and 3 typical steps to complete:

• Sample-Making Period: once our offer is approved by your side, we will proceed with sample-making. The initial prototype needs 7-15days to finish, depending on requested revisions, generally, the final samples could be finished within 5-7 days.
• Production Stage: When you check the samples in person and confirm it’s okay to run the production. We will need around 45-60 days to finish which is including fabric weaving, dyeing, printing, and then sewing. Or if you need the goods urgently, we can speed up to 25-20 days by using fabric available in stock.
• Shipping & Delivery: for reference, to the US country door-to-door shipment by sea, will need 35-40 days to arrive after dispatch.

We will issue you an official invoice to start after your confirmation. Transfer by Paypal, Western Union, and Bank transfer is all available.

We’re totally okay and comfortable signing the Non-Disclosure Agreement if needed. Meanwhile, please notice all designs submitted to us will be only manufactured when you confirm the order with us. The customer holds all the rights to their designs and concepts.

If you design with pattern or logo printing, the best format for sending the artwork is in AI (Adobe Indesign file) or high-resolution PDF format. If without the printing, any hand sketches, images, or just a photo of the images you want to turn into bedding linens, all can work.
