Bed & Bath Linen Ordering Process

How to custom bulk bed and bath linens? And what were the procedures for custom bed and bath linen production? Below chart is the regular procedding steps for custom bedding & bath linens with us, we hope you could be involved as much as possible and know more ablut the status of your bed & bath linen order.

Inquiry & initial communication: when you send the inquiry, please send us the design & or any object that you want to order for bed & bath linens, and also advised the required fabrication, thread counts, size and intended order quantity. Then we can make you an offer with all details within 1 workday. We work hard for every inquiry & project, if you don’t hear us within 2 days, please check your spam folder if our reply land there.

Prototyping: Once our offer is accepted by you. We will submit the sample invoice to you and move with the next step – make the prototype for approval, and provide you detailed pictures to confirm the details are okay. Normally it will take around 5-7 days for making. And we will do 1-2 time free revisions after 1st prototype.

Sampling: After the prototypes confirmed, we will proceed with sampling(correct fabrics, embroidery, printings, accessories, etc). Normally was within 2-3 days to do. And send you detailed pictures of the sample for final confirmation before dispatch, generally takes 3-5 days for air shipment.

Review sample in-person & pre-production: when you receive the sample and ready to purchase the bulk quantities of bed or bath linens, we will issue you the PI for the deposit payment, and assist you with your custom label & hangtag designing at the same time.

Production started: fabric purchasing, cutting. Our QC team will do an inspection for the incoming materials and do full inspections on every step of stuffed toys production. Our sales team will send you pictures/videos during this period, also arrange the safety testings meanwhile.

Packing: quality checking, metal detection, cleaning, full inspections here, and AQL2.5 standard final sampling after goods packed.

Goods ready: Balance arranged before shipment. And if you don’t have forwarders here, our shipping agency will be responsible for your shipment and customs clearance. By sea normally 35-40 days to receive, by air is 10-12 days
