Sampling:  After our quotation is approved by you, we will move forward to submit the sample for your approval before running production.

Order confirmed & Fabric Weaving & Dyeing:  Arrange the right specification of fabric weaving and dyeing. QC will arrange the related inspections on colors by Pantone Book and testing of colors fastness.

Embroidery & Printing: These two processes are very common in customized bedding and bath linen productions.

Fabric Cutting:  QC team will divide our keeping samples and send them to the production manager to make sure every detail is correct to proceed.

Stitching: In this process, QC did sampling inspections and records very often to check the quality.

Quality Inspection & Iron Process: QC team will do inpection on each pc to make sure no defective products are involved and then send to iron process. (inspections on stitching threads, fabric quality, printing quality, shape, etc).

Final full inspection: worker will check the products one by one according to the initial production sheet requests

Metal detection & packing: this is a vitally important move for quality control, after needle detection, we can start packing.

AQL 2.5 sampling standard inspection again: This inspection was arranged after all the above steps. After that, the QC team will submit the report to the sales & production department to confirm if this is okay to dispatch.

Shipment: You only need to wait for the goods to receive. We supplying the air line & Sea line service for you, and follow up all program.
