– Please send the design, fabric specifications, approx quantity, and required size alone with the inquiry, then we can quote you within 1 day.

– Once our price confirmed by your side, we will send you the invoice and get started with bed or bath linen mock-up making.

– Samples approved and ready to commit to bulk quantity. During this period, our team will work closely and keep you posted until you receive the goods.

The most common printing methods are pigment printing, reactive printing, and digital printing. All of these methods are safe and environmentally friendly. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages:

  • Pigment Printing: This is the most economical printing method. However, it may not produce colors as bright as those achieved with reactive printing.

  • Digital Printing: This method is ideal for colorful designs and small order quantities. While the price is higher compared to other methods, there are no screen costs involved, and the lead time is significantly shorter.

  • Reactive Printing: This is the most common method and offers vivid and bright colors. It is neither too expensive nor too cheap, but it typically requires a large minimum order quantity (MOQ) and has a longer lead time.

– Unit cost was based on your design’s fabric specifications and order quantity, size, etc.

– You can tell us your budget, and our team will update you with recommend materials and solutions.

– Sample-making costs tend to be between US $80 to US $500 and 7-9 days to do. This cost will be deducted from the payment when the bulk order is confirmed.

– for bed linens, regular sizes are Crib, Single, King Single, Full, Twin, Double, Queen, King, Super King or other customized size like Caravan etc.

– for bath towels, regular size: washcloth-12×12″, hand towel-25×15″, bath towel-52×27″or customized over sized options as you wanted.

– for beach towels, regular size: 55×27″, 62×31″, 70×39″or customized over sized options as you wanted.

– for tea towels and dish towels, regular size: 27×19″or customized over sized options as you wanted.

– for bath robes, ponchos, swim robes, we have regular sizes for adult and kids or customized over sized options as you wanted.

– for bed linens, we can do 100% cotton, polycotton, viscose bamboo, 100% polyester fabric from 200 TC to 1000TC or some other functional fabrications if you wanted.

– for bath linens, robes, beach towels, tea towels , we can do 100% cotton, polycotton, microfiber,  terry or velvet plush, solid or yarn dyed, printed.

 

– 7 to 15 days for sample making( all upon on if it is regular fabrication. And around 35 to 50 days for mass production. If you need the bed and bath linens urgently, please feel free to let us know.
