Shipping And Delivery

Sinmaltex has been wholesale customized bed & bath linen manufacturing and exporting since 2006, with professional and trusted shipping agencies’ backup, we can deliver your bed & bath linens worldwide at very competitive shipping rates. Depending on your needs, shipping options include sea, air, train, and express.

Trade Term:

EX WORKS, FOB, CIF destination port, DDU, DDP (Amazon warehouse)

Delivery Process:

After your bulk bed & bath linens are finished, our team will provide you the detailed bulk packing pictures for final confirmation before dispatching the goods.

If by express airway: Normally you will receive the tracking number within 1 day. But please understand after the Covid situation, sometimes will need extra 2-3 days to get on board due to the unstable international flight, so the tracking number might need a few days to get updated online too.

If by sea: we will update you with the vessel’s ETD and ETA after the toys are loaded into the container. Furthermore, if this is based on Door to door terms, our forwarder will be in charge of customs clearance and submit the accurate paperwork to make sure everything is running smoothly there.

Important notice: Please note that sometimes, if the customs examination is required, the receipt time might be delayed by 1-2 weeks. So please consider if you need partial shipment if you need the goods urgently.

Tax / Tariff:

Importing tax and tariff rates are different for countries. Mostly our shipping agency will help to check your local tariff rate if needed. And if your country has signed the Most-favored-nation treatment with China, we will issue the Form A document for you to reduce import tariffs.

Documents:

For branded (trademark registered) bed & bath linens, please help to send us the official authorization letter before shipment. For common bed & bath linens to the EU, if for children’s usage purposes, will need the testing report and CE file for customs clearance.
